We were having issues with market alignment. Andrew worked across regions, identified market differences and built a global SOP which accommodated for local requirements. The improvement in team cohesion and productivity exceeded our expectations and along the way we learnt to appreciate our cultural differences!
We were operating regionally and not able to align performance across markets. Andrew immediately appreciated our business objectives, agreed key metrics and aligned across markets. He then worked with our team to implement global analytics (in PowerBI). Our ability to identify performance anomalies and see real-time feedback on actions has dramatically increased our customer responsiveness.
